SHIPPING & RETURNS

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES

I offer free shipping on all orders to United Kingdom.

Prints: Estimated delivery timescale to United Kingdom is up to 14 days from ordering. Prints are printed to order so this time allows for printing, packaging and shipping.

Original paintings and Commissions: Delivery timescale varies. You will be contacted to discuss appropriate shipping options.

IN-STORE PICKUP

You are welcome to pick up your order from the Summer Jane Art studio. You must send an email to sjm@summerjaneart.com directly after purchase to discuss an appropriate time to do so.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

I offer international shipping. Shipping charges for original paintings will be calculated individually. You may contact us for a quote.

Shipping charges for your print orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout as well as here:

Europe. Allow 14-21 days for delivery. £24

Elsewhere. Allow 14-21 days for delivery. £39

   

Your original painting/print order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Summer Jane Art is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

HOW TO CHECK ORDER STATUS

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from me which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If any problems occur, contact me at sjm@summerjaneart.com with your name and order number, and I will look into it for you.

Any delays in regard to postal service problems are outside of my control.

RETURNS

 

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original labels attached.

 

RETURN PROCESS

 

To return an item, please email customer service at sjm@summerjaneart.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. Any damage incurred or loss of parcel during the return shipping are your responsibility. 

 

REFUNDS

 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.

 

EXCEPTIONS

 

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.
